From no comments to no shortage of comments, Ron Artest vented to the NBA nation once again over the weekend.The Kings small forward who was in Las Vegas to watch summer league continued to lament his decision to not opt out in an e-mail exchange with ESPN's Marc Stein. While many of Artest's sentiments qualify as elaboration on previous statements, he indicated that he will be representing himself as an agent.
