That is actually 100% true de la salle went down to play in mater deis tournament and played the monarchs before the tournament began. I know what most people are thinking that Mater Dei didn't have all their studs but they did. Both 6'11 UNC committed twins played 6'9 small forward andy brown who has offers from the like of Arizona, Sand Diego and other big time programs was there and point guard Gary Franklin who was just offered a scholarship from Arizona played. The team that was short handed was DLS who was missing their big man 6'8 John Macarthur who was at the nike camp in St Louis. De la Salle killed mater dei from the start putting on a clinic with their offense and defense without supposebly their second best player and ended up winning the game by 26

Who is their best player? How good are they going to be?
I just realized when reading this that I don't hear much about DLS, but I konw they won state a few years back, and if I'm not mistaken lost in the norcal final this past year, what about the year before that?
You would think you would hear more about them?
