Director of Boys Basketball/ Head Varsity Coach—Marin Academy (San Rafael, CA)
Marin Academy seeks a Director of Boys Basketball, a role that includes coaching the Varsity Boys team and, in conjunction with the Athletic Director, leading the Boys Basketball Program at Marin Academy, including staffing. Last season the Varsity Boys advanced to the BCL tournament and will graduate just two starters. In addition to having strong basketball knowledge and experience, coaching candidates must be professional, positive, and have flexible afternoon and evening schedules. The season runs from early November through late February/early March. Competitive salary.
A member of the Bay Area Conference, Marin Academy is an independent high school located in San Rafael, California. The Wildcats were the only high school nationally recognized in 2003 by the Positive Coaching Alliance as an outstanding Youth Sports Organization Award winner, and remain the only California high school to receive that honor.
