It is only a dumb comment if you are one of those blind DLS robots that think everything green is beautiful. Look, the DLS machine rolls out winners every year in most every sport. They recruit like nobody else, they demand blood from their payers and they milk the parents for every dime they are worth. Yes, I've had a taste a DLS and it tasted pretty bad. But if you buy in to the program, you had better not breath a word of discontent because they will send you packing faster than Brittney can order Bell Nachos with Chili! Alloco is an ass, there is no one who really knows him who can deny that with a straight face. If you support him, you are only doing so because you are one of the blind DLS faithful who are hooked on the winning and ignor all the BS that goes on.

let me guess, kid who went to dls and got cut because he was either too lazy, thought he was way better than he was, was a punk to coaches, or all of the above?

Nope, none of the above.

A kid who realized that you don't have to put up with an autocratic, bully of a coach just because a bunch of mindless chat board wannabees continue to fall all over themselves praising the guy when they have probably never taken a shot on hardwood. That is unless it was to run onto the court during a DLS timeout and throw up a couple air balls from 15 feet. Oh sorry, couldn't have been at a DLS game because they were too busy fawning all over their hero as he degraded the young men who simply love the game but have grown to despise their coach.

With that, I am done with this. I recognize that you are one of the lost souls who will never understand that winning at the cost of destroying a young man's psyche is not winning at all. May you be happy in your ignorant, blind bliss.

Oh, and by the way, a kid who was a three year varsity player at a school that does not recruit, does not bully its players and does not leave broken young men in the coaches wake. Also a kid who is still playing at the next level, something you obviously know nothing about.

Come back to reality. If he recruits, like people say he does, (Def. of people: sore losers) why isn’t he going for top athletes in the bay, or NorCal? Where are all of the kids and parents that he has been unsuccessful in recruiting? Why haven’t they come forward? Finally where are all of the amazing athletic recruits that are dunking, and dominating, and going to major D1 schools?

Again I ask, WHERE ARE ALL OF THESE TOP RECRUITS?!

ALSO…

All of the kids who are out of the program and that I have talked to (My cousin is one of them) speak about Coach A as if he was their second dad. Doesn't seem like he is crushing their spirits.

I quote “…A kid who realized that you don't have to put up with an autocratic, bully of a coach…”

Just because you weren’t good enough doesn’t mean you have to hold on to this anger, I am worried for you, maybe you need some counseling?

The fact is if you played 3 years Varsity at another school, there is NO WAY you had much interaction with coach A. All of the freshman play freshman ball, with a rare exception that there is one good enough to play JV (I think 3 freshman total have played for coach A since he has been there) Even if you were good enough to play JV, you still wouldn’t have him as a coach. If you don’t have someone as a coach, all you can be armed with are assumptions.

You could be a "hater" if you want, but the bottom line is Allocco wins and does it without the "ringers" or "secret recruits", because he will always have his young men more prepared and mentally tough than 99% of his competition. Just watch what happens this year!

This is one of the best DLS teams in the schools history and the best team in norcal followed closely by Mclymonds. They just won the Double Pump best of summer tournament in L.A. This is their biggest team ever with 2 6'8s a 6'7 a 6'6 and 6'5 with i believe the best back court tantum in the bay with smith and estrada

i totally agree, their team is juts so deep with the addition of hollis thompson. I have heard they have been working on a new offense for this year in addition to what they already have. With smith leading this guys another year they will be good. When does he graduate? but i wouldnt be surprised if they are getting phat rings with their names on it.
