Griffen is a decent player, but certainly not in Malia's league in terms of talent. She gave up 8 3-pointers to Radonavich of Carondelet last week, and was supposed to be covering her. Maybe she stopped her from driving, but after the first couple of those, she has to at least get up on her and get a hand up.

Who is Maney for Castro Valley...Their best player last year was their PG Petty, is Maney new? Upcomer from the JV?

She plays for Redwood Christian, not Castro Valley. It is a D-5 school. Amanda Johnson from the Santa Rosa area is a much better player, and should definitely be on this or any list of top players in Northern CA.
I believe Manly is now playing for Castlemont, who recently knocked off Monte Vista.
