Both norcal teams won their 1st round games in the Les Schwab Invitational. Mitty dominated a team from Canada, and I heard Dela beat the #8 team from OR.

Mitty had a cakewalk against an overmatched HS team from Cananda by 30pts while collin chiverton give some "chivers" and was named player of the game with 21pts, while drew gordon had 8pts.

while brandon smith had 18pts with 6asst, and dominic martellaro had 14pts.

Tonite mitty will play north eugene ranked number 1 in 5A and DeLa will play the number 1 in 6A who were last year state champs both of oregon.

Actually Brandon Smith had 7 dimes and he was also named player of the game and Jefferson Powers had 10 pts while Jose Rivera played well also.

South Medford is ranked 5th in the nation on max preps. No shame in loosing to them. . Mitty isn't playing as well as they can, hopefully they will get things rolling better for the next 2 games.

de la salle played the number 1 team of oregon 6A, south medford and lost by 7pts. DLS's point guard played well and one other kid off the bench.
Today they play Helen Cox with the number 1 player in the nation, greg monroe at 5:30

this sounds like one hell of a tourney will all these top players and teams playing against eachother, great to know that Norcal is holding their own against others.
